摘要
通过对基于卫星电视的录播功能实现的设计原则及技术特点选择思路的分析,提出卫星电视的新型录播系统的功能模型的分析,旨在为高等院校的资源建设体系提供一个新的建设思路。
Analyzes a design principle and technical setting of recording and playing realization based on satellite television technique, and promotes the functional model of the new style satellite television recording and playing system, which aiming at providing a new construction idea of resources building.
