摘要
本文对现有的热膨胀系数测量方法进行分析,指出其对于高精度测量的局限性。本文还着重分析了我们自己设计的一套高精度的热膨胀系数测量仪,并通过该仪器测出了一些常用材料的微分膨胀系数。
猅his paper analyzes the existing measuring method of thermal expansion coefficient and points out its disadvantage for high accuracy measurement. This paper also emphasizes the high-accuracy thermal expansion coefficient measuring instrument designed by the authors. At last, the datum of the differential expansion coefficient of some common-used material measured by this instrument is given.
