摘要
二十一世纪是海洋的世纪,随着陆地资源的日渐耗竭,海洋资源的开发又成为新一轮的竞赛活动。然而,如何在获取最大利益的情况下能保持海洋的可持续发展则成为现今学界研究的热点,本文利用海域承载力与海洋生态补偿两种理论对该问题进行了初步探讨,以期为海洋发展提供参考。
21century is the marine century. With using up of land resources, the exploitation of marine resources has become a new campaign. However, how to maintain sustainable development of marine resources under the condition of earning most benefit is one of the hot topics of current academic researches. Author has discussed this topic based on both theories of sea carrying capacity and marine ecological compensation and provided references for marine development.
