摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对合肥市中学体育竞赛训练影响因素进行了研究。结果显示:合肥市体育竞赛训练受物质保障,组织、管理,建设、训练和外部环境等因子的影响。建议加强体育竞赛训练的组织与管理;整合师生资源,打造体育特色学校;积极寻求训练经费来源、开发可用场地;提高教师训练能力;因地制宜、积极开展小型多样的体育竞赛。
Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper makes study on influencing factors of middle school sport athletic training in Zunyi city. The result shows that the sport athletic training in Zunyi city has been influenced by material safeguard, organization, management and construction, training and external environment. It suggests that we should strengthen the organization and the management of sport athletic training, conformity teachers and student resources, make sports characteristic school, seek the training funds, develop available location positively, enhance the teacher training ability, act as circumstances permit and carry out the small diverse sports competition positively.
