腹腔镜中晚期结肠癌根治术的技术特点及短期疗效分析 被引量：25

摘要 目的:分析应用腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术的技术特点,比较分析其可行性、近期临床疗效及。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年6月至2007年12月同期收治的中晚期结肠癌患者腹腔镜手术组(47例)和传统开腹手术组(49例),对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并总结该腹腔镜手术的技术特点。结果:腹腔镜组3例中转开腹手术,中转率为6.4%。腹腔镜组的手术时间较开腹组稍长[(195.2±57.2)min vs (165.3±56.1)min,P<0.05];腹腔镜组的手术失血量明显较开腹组少[(61.2±26.3)mL vs (281.3±187.4)mL,P<0.001];腹腔镜组的手术时间较开腹组稍长[(195.2±57.2)min vs (165.3±56.1)min,P<0.05];腹腔镜组的肠道功能恢复时间较开腹组短[(2.3±0.7)d vs (4.0±0.8)d,P<0.05]。手术后并发症且平均收获的淋巴结数两组无统计学差别。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗中晚期结直肠癌具有专有的技术特点,安全可行,具有出血少等优点。
