宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒负荷量与空穴细胞形态学的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析宫颈内人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染与宫颈上皮内空穴细胞形态学的关系。方法:选取2007年1-12月我院病理科宫颈病变石蜡包埋组织标本59例,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法检测宫颈上皮内细胞HPV负荷量,并应用病理图像分析软件对人乳头状瘤病毒负荷量与空穴细胞形态学进行相关性分析。结果:低危型组29例,高危型组30例,其中低危型HPV感染组空穴细胞空泡面积明显大于高危型组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。相关分析评估HPV病毒负荷量与空穴细胞核/泡面积比值之间的关系,低危型组中的二者相关系数为0.540(P=0.002);高危型组中二者间的相关系数为0.104(P=0.584)。结论:低危型HPV如HPV6、11等感染的宫颈组织中,空穴细胞核周空泡面积随着病毒负荷量的增加而增加;而HPV16/18感染的宫颈组织中,空穴细胞核/泡面积比值不能反映病毒负荷量多少。
