摘要
赖链霉素多杀性巴氏杆菌SD724菌苗株可在含10~10000μg/mL链霉素的培养基中大量生长繁殖,其世代时间是32min,最高含活菌数可达74亿个/mL;在无链霉素培养基中只能繁殖3代左右。SD724菌苗株对鸡两个免疫剂量注射局部反应小,平均病变面积仅为0.61cm2;免疫后对鸡增重没有影响。对鸡产蛋量影响小,免疫后10d内产蛋率下降2.8%,免疫后20d产蛋率上升1.2%。
The streptomycin-dependent Pasteurella multocida SD 724 vaccine were characterized by luxuriant growth in the culture medium containing 10~10000 μg streptomycin per mL.The generation time was 32 minutes and the great number of live bacteria was 7.4 billions.It can reproduce about three generations in the medium without streptomycin.There was gain weight and little response in the injected part of the chicken for two ImD SD 724 vaccine,arerage area of pathological changes was 0.61 cm 2.There was no significant difference in the rate of eggs production between the vaccinated and unvaccinated hens.
