摘要
为改善莆田白番鸭的生长速度和肉用性能，本试验选用法国Ｒ５１系番鸭与莆田白番鸭进行二元杂交，通过对杂交后代与亲本的生产性能进行比较．结果表明，７０日龄时杂交番鸭．莆田白番鸭平均体重公鸭分别为２８７０．６ｇ和２６１６．７ｇ，母鸭为１９５４．２ｇ和１７３７．５ｇ，经检验公鸭体重之间存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），母鸭体重之间存在极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），日增重公鸭分别为４０．３１ｇ和３６．６８ｇ，母鸭为２７．２４ｇ和２４．１５ｇ，杂交番鸭与莆田白番鸭的料肉比为３．０７和３．１４．由此可见，杂交番鸭与莆田白番鸭相比，具有生长快，体型大，饲料转化率高等特点，获得了良好的杂交效果．
In this test, binary crossing was conducted between French R51 Line Muscovy Duck and Putian White Muscovy Duck in order to increase the growth rate and improve the meat performance, and the results of comparison of production performance between crossbred and parents showed that, at the age of 70 days, the average body weights of crossbred and Putian White Muscovy Duck were 2 870.6 g and 2 616.7 g of the male, and 1 954.2 g and 1 737.5 g of the female, respectively. According to the test, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between the body weights of the male, and an extremely significant difference (P<0.01) of the female. The daily gains were 40.31 g and 36.68 g of the male, and 27.24 g and 24.15 g of the female, respectively. The feed conversion ratios were 3.07 and 3.14. Therefore, compared with Putian White Muscovy Duck, the crossbred had the characteristics of rapid growth, large body size and high feed conversion, and the superior benefits from crossing were obtained.
