摘要
将150只1日龄健康樱桃谷雏鸭随机分为6组,每组25只。从1日龄至42日龄分别饲喂含氟量为283、50、150、250、350和450mg/kg的饲粮,观察动物生长表现,并于42日龄时宰杀,测定有关物理、化学指标。结果表明,血清氟、骨氟随日粮氟含量增加而增加,当日粮氟含量大于或等于150mg/kg时,动物发生跛行,跗关节肿大,脱毛,胫骨弯曲强度下降,饲料报酬降低,血红蛋白含量及红细胞数有下降趋势。
1 day aged ducklings were randomly divided into the control and five experimental groups of 25 animals each.The ducklings in different groups from 1 day to 42 day aged were administered with 28.3,50,150,250,350,450 mg/kg of fluoride in feed respectively.The results showed that the contents of fluoride in serum and bone increased according with the fluoride level in diets.When the contents of fluoride was more than 150 mg/kg in diets,the animals appeared with limp,hairless and decreasing of performance, anaemia, bone strenth of the animals.
