摘要
世界银行贷款林业项目实施１２年以来，全国共营造速丰林近２００万ｈｍ２，取得了显著成效。本文在认真总结林业世行项目建设现状的基础上，深入分析了世行贷款林业项目面临的形势，提出了新形势下我国林业世行项目应采取的对策。
Abstract Nearly two million ha. of fast growing and high yielding plantations have been established and great achievements have been obtained by the World Bank loan forestry projects since 1985 when the first World Bank forestry project was launched. By systemically summarizing the ongoing forestry projects and deeply analyzing the situation facing to the projects this paper aims at putting forward constructive countermeasures to be taken under the new situation.
