摘要
目的:探讨血糖仪测定血糖的可行性及其与半自动生化分析仪测定结果的相关性,为临床上采取适当的血糖监测方法提供依据。方法:对97例待测者抽清晨空腹静脉血,2h内分离血清,同时用血糖仪和半自动生化分析仪进行血糖测定。结果:血糖仪和半自动生化分析仪测定血糖均值分别为(6.574±1.815)mmol/L,(5.48±1.404)mmol/L,两组结果差异显著,但呈高度正相关。结论:血糖仪测定血糖值可以作为临床监测指标,但需要校正。
The purpose of the paper is to study the feasibility by glucose monitor and the relativity by semi--automatic biochemistry analyzer in detecting blood glucose which could provide evidence for adopting the appropriate way in glucose monitoring in clinical practice. The method is to collect the fasting blood samples form 97 individuals to be measured first. Then serum should be separated in 2 hours and blood glucose could be detected by glucose monitor and semi--automatic biochemistry analyzer. The result is that the average value of the blood glucose detected by two ways is (6. 574±1. 815) mol/L and (5.48±1. 404) mol/L in respectively. The difference of the result is obviously and high positive correlation could be found. The conclusion can be given that detecting blood glucose by glucose monitor could be used as clinic detecting index which also need correction.
