摘要
以鸡胸腺细胞免疫ＢＬＡＢ／ｃ小鼠，进行细胞融合，获得了１５株杂交瘤克隆株，其中有５株（１Ｂ６、１Ｃ５、３Ｅ４、９Ｈ６、５Ｅ１０）杂交瘤克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂｓ）只对鸡胸腺细胞和外周血Ｔ细胞发生特异性反应。ＷｃｓｔｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ分析表明，这组ＭｃＡｂｓ反应的膜抗原分子量为６０～６５ＫＤ，该抗原分布于６３３～７２４％的胸腺细胞、１７３％～２４５％的脾细胞，２３％～２７％的外周血淋巴细胞，而法氏襄细胞的反应性不超过１３％。以此ＭｃＡｂｓ作诊断试剂，对禽类Ｔ细胞分离、纯化及Ｔ细胞亚类鉴定提供了重要的研究手段。

The fifteen hybridomas were devied from fussion of SP2/0 mycloma cells with mouse splenic lymphocytes immunized with chicken thymocytes.Five hybridomas 1B6、1C5、3E4、9H6 and 5E10 secreting antibodies specifically combining with chicken T cells and thymocytes were established,they don′t teact with B cells,bursa cells and erythrocytes.Tissue distribution of the membrance antigen identified by the five McAbs exists in 63 3%～72 4% of thymocytes,23%～27% of peripheral blood lymphocytes,17 3%～23 50% of splenic cells.The antigen on the bursa cells is not over 1 30%.The T cell surface antigen was a band of 60～65KD protein by western blot analysis.
