摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对４只夏洛来纯种公羊和９２只杂种羊的血红蛋白（ＨＢ）多态性进行了研究。结果表明：它们的血红蛋白基因座上都有ＨＢＡＡ，ＨＢＢＢ和ＨＢＡＢ三种基因型。杂种一代羊以杂合子ＨＢＡＢ为优势型（５７．６１％），ＨＢＢ为优势基因（０．６５７６），ＨＢ基因座的杂合度０．４５０３。种公羊ＨＢＡ和ＨＢＢ等位基因频率均为０．５。
4 pure Charolais breeding rams and 92 hybrid sheep were used to investigate the polymorphism of haemoglobin by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows:there were three genotypes including HB AA,HB BB and HB AB on haemoglobin locus;the preponderant genotype was HB AB (57.61%) and the preponderant allele was HBB(0.6 576)and gene heterozygosity on HB locus was 0.4503 in first filial generation.The frequency of HBA and HBB alleles of breeding rams was 0.5.
