摘要
选健康西杂阉牛１８头，随机分为两组，分别接受３种育肥精料处理，结果表明：本试验最佳处理组试２组较对照组日粮有更好的适口性，日头均采食量提高２．９％；ＡＤＧ提高２６．９％；精料增重比（Ｃ／Ｇ）下降１８．８３％；屠宰率提高５．７９％，净肉率提高４．２５％，背膘厚度提高１３．６４％，眼肌面积提高４．７６％；牛肉货架寿命延长４天，大理石纹上升一个等级，脂肪颜色更佳。同时表明，加有聚醚离子载体类抗生素的试２组较试１组有更好增重速度，ＡＤＧ提高１０．２２％，Ｃ／Ｇ降低１０．１２％。
18 heads of Simmental×Local breed steers were accepted with three kind of concentrate treatemnts at random. The results showed that the feed intake per cattle per day, ADG, ratio of body weight gain to concentrate intake (G/C),lean meat percentage,backfat thickness, ribeye area in treat 2 were 2.9%,26.9%,18.83%,5.79%,4.25%,13.64%,4.76% resp. higher than that in the control treat; 4 days longer of beef shelf life, better marbling and fat cdor were gained from treat 2. The results also showed that the ioncarrer antibiotics used in the experiment was effective in increasing body fat depositing resulted in a better carcass quality. The ADG, G/C in treat 2 were 10.22%,10.12% higher than that in treat 1 resp.
