摘要
振兴东北老工业基地是党中央基于全国经济协调发展和全面建设小康社会的考虑而提出来的,东北老工业基地振兴具有全局性的经济意义和政治意义。目前,东北老工业基地面临着经济增长乏力,传统工业优势逐渐丧失的问题,要加快老工业基地振兴,应走信息化与工业化融合的道路,构建东北老工业基地新的经济增长点。
The policy of the Revitalization of Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China has been proposed by the centre government of China for requirements of coordinated development of national economy and the implement the moderate prosperity program in a well - rounded way. Therefore, it definitely is a strategic policy to China development both of economy and politics. However, there are still various problems to achieve the goal of this policy like the Bases is short for the power to the growth of economy, whilst, the Bases is losing its traditional industrial advantages gradually at the moment. Therefore, this essay will present a fresh way to create new economic growth sources for boosting the Revitalization of Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China by syneretizing informationization with Industrialization.
