摘要
对FDI的贸易效应可以从产业价值链、贸易结构和贸易利益三个角度进行综合考察,即包括产业价值链分割效应、贸易结构优化效应和真实贸易利益效应。其中,真实贸易利益应包括显性贸易利益和隐性贸易利益。通过对我国相关的贸易数据进行实证分析,可以发现,FDI对我国的出口利益有一定的替代效应,自主科技创新和稳定汇率对促进我国贸易出口、优化贸易结构有着比FDI更为显著的作用。
The trade effect on FDI should he analyzed from industry value chain, trade structure and trade benefit synthetically, h includes industry value chain effect, trade optimum structure effect and true trade benefit effect. And it includes the visible and invisible trade benefit in the true trade benefit. By the empirical analysis based on the Chinese trade data, the regression shows that there is a substitution effect between FDI and international trade. The ability of independent innovation and exchange rate stability has more significant effect than FDI on Chinese export betroth and stnwture.
