摘要 烷基萘作为一种新型的合成基础油,具有优异的热氧化安定性、水解稳定性、添加剂溶解性和较低的挥发性。本文介绍了烷基萘的结构和合成方法,并考察了三种结构烷基萘基础油的物理和化学性质,比如粘度、苯胺点,挥发性、热稳定性和氧化安定性。另外,从弹流状态下的油膜厚度和压粘系数来看,烷基萘还表现出了比酯类合成油更好的表面保护性能。 Alkylated naphthalene is a unique class of synthetic base oils with outstanding thermo-oxidative and hydrolytic stability, solubility characteristics and lower volatility. The general structure and synthesis of alkylated naphthalenes are described. While the physical and chemical properties of three alkylated naphthalene are investigated, such as, viscosity, aniline point, volatility, thermal stability and thermo-oxidative stability. Also, new elastohydrodynamic (EHD) flim thickness and pressureviscosity coefficient data show the good performance of this family of fluids as compared to synthetic esters.
