摘要 运用SPSS软件对汽轮机静叶用1Cr12Mo钢的冲击功进行频数分析,可知冲击功的分散性比较大,数据分布并不完全符合正态分布。简要分析了冲击功分布状况的原因,并针对冲击功分散性较大的情况,提出根据试验数据的离散系数,在满足一定精度的条件下计算所需试样最少个数的观点。由于非正态分布数据的算术平均值不能准确反映一组试样的抗冲击能力,提出了通过SPSS软件计算得出的百分位数来表示一组试样的安全冲击功的数据处理方法。 The frequency distribution of impact energy of turbine stator blade steel 1Cr12Mo was analyzed based on SPSS software. Results showed that the dispersion of impact energy was large and the test values were not followed the normal distribution absolutely. The minimum test specimen should be calculated according to the dispersion coefficient under given relative error limit was proposed. For the average values of abnormal distribution test results cannot reflect the true impact resistance of material correctly, a method was recommended that the safety impact energy could be expressed as percentiles calculated by SPSS software.
