摘要
目的探讨生活饮用水及食品中微量镉的微波消解氢化物发生原子荧光光谱测定法。方法样品经微波消解后,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,稀盐酸为载流,加入钴离子,使镉与硼氢化钾反应生成镉的挥发性物质,以原子荧光光谱法进行测定,并探讨了实验条件。结果方法的线性范围为0.1~100ng/ml(r>0.9993),检出限为0.1ng/ml,回收率为96.9%~104.0%,RSD为1.54%~2.03%。结论该方法灵敏度高、选择性好、操作方便、快速,适用于批量样品分析。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of trace cadmium in drinking water or food using microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The microwave digestion method was used. Cobalt was added in the carrying liquid, the cadmium volatile matter was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The detection limit of this method was 0.1 ng/ml ,the liner range of cadmium was 0.1-100 ng/ml (r〉0.999 3 ), the recovery rate was 96.9%-104.0%,RSD was 1.54%-2.03%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, with good sensitivity and selectivity, and it is applicable to the determination of trace cadmium in drinking water or food.
