摘要
寡糖亦称低聚糖,由2—9个单糖单元通过苷键结合而成,较之多糖具有独特的结构和显著的生物活性,已成为当今糖化学领域的研究热点。本文综述寡糖的提取分离、结构分析和生物活性等相关研究新进展。
Oligosaccharide is one kind of compounds consisting of 2 - 9 monosaccharide units linked by glycosidic bonds. Compared with polysaccharides, oligosaccharides have unique structures and significant biological activities, which make them become research hotspots in carbohydrate chemistry. In this review, the progress on extraction, isolation, structural elucidation and biological activities of oligosaccharides is reported.
