摘要
目的优选排铅产品的最佳配比。方法采用正交试验,以排铅率为指标,优选绿豆粉、枸杞粉、大枣粉、甘草粉的用量。结果与结论排铅产品的最佳配比是绿豆粉:枸杞粉:大枣粉:甘草粉=8:6.25:7.5:2.5。
Objective To optimize the ratio of lead-removing products. Methods With the lead-removing rate as an index,the ratio of mung bean powder,Lycium chinensis Mill powder,jujube powder and licorice powder was optimized by an orthogonal test. Results and Conclusion The optimal ratio of lead-removing products was 8 ： 6.25 ： 7.5 ： 2.5 of mung bean powder ： Lycium chinensis Mill powder ： jujube powder ： licorice powder.
