摘要
现役的焦炉喷补设备会因为密封面磨损而漏气,致使喷补粉尘弥漫在空气中而污染环境。新的构思是加装一个喷嘴在喷补机的出料口,利用喷嘴喷出压缩空气而产生射流吸附作用,使料斗里的粉料呈负压状态而被吸入喷嘴并送到喷枪。这样的做法杜绝了粉尘飞扬的可能,而且因不涉及密封面的磨损问题而较大地提高了喷补机的使用寿命。并利用Fluent软件进行射流仿真以找到喷嘴中的最佳吸附位置。
