摘要
为探索优良经济树种阿月浑子的繁殖方法，以种子胚为外植体，进行了阿月浑子组织培养研究。筛选出了较适宜的增殖和生根培养基。将ＤＫＷ培养基应用于阿月浑子的组织培养，选出了合适的芽增殖培养条件。在诱导生根试验中，根皮苷具有辅助生根作用，使生根率达８０％以上，并移栽成苗。
In order to find the best way of Pistacia vrea propagation,an elite economic tree species studies of tissue culture were given to Pistacia vrea with its seed embryo as the material Suitable media for multiplication and rooting were selected .DKW medium was used in its tissue culture,and suitable culture condition for bud multiplication was selected.In rooting process,Phlorizin Dihydrat was found effective for rooting with rooting rate of 80%. Plantlets have been transplanted into field.
