摘要
以Cu、In、Se单质为原料利用自蔓延高温合成方法制备了CuInSe2。通过X射线衍射、激光拉曼光谱、弥散X射线技术等分析方法对产物的组成,结构和成分进行表征。结果表明反应物投料比例、合成气氛压力等因素对合成产物化学计量配比有显著的影响,利用自蔓延高温合成方法可以获得精确计量配比、单相的黄铜矿CuInSe2,通过行星球磨36 h可以细化至360 nm。
CuinSe2 were synthesized using the elemental Cu, In and Se powders by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis method. The phase and crystallographic structure, chemical composition of the products were analyzed by X-ray Diffraction, Laser Raman Spectroscopy, Energy Dispersive X-ray. The results show that different factors in this process such as reactam ratio, atmosphere pressure and temperature influence the composition of products. Stoichiometric crystallographic chalcopyrite-type CIS can be prepared by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis. The diameter of CIS particles reduce to 360 nm after milling for 36 h.
