试论建立一种两者兼顾的——既能发挥规模效应,又能灵活利用、有效控制医保基金的新型医疗集团模式以期为区域卫生规划的科学发展提供参考。
This paper explored to set up a new type of medical group which not only play a large scale effect, but also it can flexibly and effectively control medical insurance funding. This budget control measures can provide an evidence for setting up a regional health planning.
