摘要
河北省各地区大中型工业企业的R&D投入产出研发效率较低。这主要是由于规模效率低和R&D经费与人员投入、结构搭配不尽合理而致。对此河北省应着力提高规模效率、经费与人员投入搭配合理,充分利用各种投入资源,取得最大产出,达到DEA有效。
Based on the data concerning the technological activities by the industrial enterprises in Hebei Province, this paper applies DEA model to analyze and evaluate the R＆D input and output efficiency by large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the province. The conclusion＇ is that Hebei Province shall enhance the scale efficiency, improve the mix of fund and personnel input, utilize various resources to maximize the output and achieve effective DEA.
