摘要
在加有活性碳的Fries’培养基上，用孢子分离法获得了鸡油菌的纯培养菌株。试验比较了几种条件下的分离较果。结果表明，加入活性碳有利于孢子的萌发，一株来源于子实体组织的细菌对孢子萌发有明显的刺激作用。两个子实体来源的孢子混合培养的分高效果明显好于单一子实体孢子的培养。本文对鸡油菌的孢子分离法做了详细介绍。
Pure culture strains of Cantherallus ciborius were obtained on Fries' medium with activated charcol by germination of spores. Several methods were used for isolation. Activated charcol and a bucterial strain from fruit they thane were useful as stimuli for germination. The mixed culture of spores from two fruit bodies gave better result than the culture of spore from one fruit body. The method for isolation was described in detail.
