摘要
为解决国内气体分析仪器稳定性差、测量精度不高等问题,研制了一种基于非分光红外吸收原理的气体分析仪的硬件电路设计和数据处理方法,它采用电调制红外光源,热释电红外探测器、低功耗单片机数据采集、嵌入式系统实时监测等先进技术,实现对SO2和NO气体的连续自动分析。
In order to resolve the deficiency of current apparatus, a new on-line binary gas monitoring instrument was developed based on non-dispersive infrared absorption principle. The advanced techniques include pulsed infrared source, thermopile infrared detector, low-power single-chip microcomputer and embedded system, which to realize sulfur dioxide and nitric oxide measuring. At the same time, this instrument has the function of curve display, data save and query, calibration, and parameters setting.
