Treatment of refinery wastewater by the process of 2-level floatation +A/O

摘要 采用隔油—浮选—生化曝气的二级处理工艺处理某炼油废水。实践表明,两级浮选和A/O生化工艺可有效地去除有机物、NH3-N和TN,是目前国内较成熟的炼油废水处理工艺,处理后的污水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》一级标准及《石油炼制工业污水污染物排放标准》中一级一类标准,而且出水水质较稳定。 The oil-bearing wastewater treatment process are described, which includes the oil separation- floatation-2-1evel biochemical aeration, and its running status in a refining plant. The practice shows that the 2- level floatation and A/O biochemical process can be effective on removing the total content of organisms, NH3-N and TN. It can improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment. The process is a quite mature technology of refinery wastewater treatment. The long term running results show that the treated wastewater quality achieves the First Grade Standard of the Synthetic Wastewater Discharge and the First Standard of the Discharge of Petroleum Refining Industrial Wastewater and Pollutants. The effluent water quality is quite stable.
