摘要
在芦笋试管苗诱导根原基(生根的第一阶段)时,添加不同种类和浓度激素的诱导培养基,诱导生根的效果不同,且各有一个最适的诱导时间,在这个时间内,生根率为最高,短于或长于这一时间,生根率会随之减少。其中1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/l+IBA0.5mg/l+KT0.1mg/l+PP3332mg/l+VB10.4mg/l+蔗糖2%+琼脂0.6%诱导培养基,诱导生根的效果较好,并以诱导11天的生根率最高,达87.1%;每株根长以诱导5天最长,为5.05cm;每株根数以诱导13天的最多,达4.36条。诱导生根率最低的是1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/l+KT0.05mg/l+VB10.1mg/l+蔗糖2%+琼脂0.6%培养基,诱导13天,仅为23.0%。
The explants of asparagus (cv.32X228) were placed in 6 introducing culture media to initialize the roots for 3 to 15 days.Then they were transplanted in the rooting media for 30 days.Results showed that the explants grown in the introducing culture medium containing 1/2 MS+NAA 01mg/l+IBA 05mg/l+KT 01mg/l+PP333 2mg/l+VB1 04mg/l+sugar 2%+agar 0.6% for 11days had the highest rooting rate of 871%.Root length was highest(5.05cm) in the treatment for 5 days.Root number (436)was highest in the treatment for13 days.The rooting rate (23%)was lowest in the treatment of 1/2 MS+NAA 05mg/l+KT 005mg/l+VB101mg/l+sugar 2%+agar 06% for 13 days.
