摘要
采用钙基吸收剂的循环煅烧/碳酸化反应协同捕捉煤燃烧产生的CO2/SO2是最具工业应用前景的近零排放技术之一.通过对钙基吸收剂碳酸化捕捉CO2的研究状况及其改进方法进行总结,对钙基吸收剂同时碳酸化和硫酸化的最新研究成果进行了阐述和分析,探讨了提高钙基吸收剂碳酸化和硫酸化能力的措施或方法,为燃煤近零排放技术提供有益参考,同时指出了钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化协同捕捉CO2/SO2工艺方面亟待解决的问题.
The cyclic calcination/carbonation technology for simultaneous CO2/SO2 capture by using Cabased sorbent is considered to be one of the most significant near-zero emission technologies. By reviewing recent progress on CO2 capture technology by Ca-based sorbent and analyzing the latest simultaneous CO2/ SO2 capture technology using calcium-based sorbent, suggestions for improving the carbonation and sulfation capacity of calcium-based sorbent are being presented, which may serve as a reference for developing near-zero emission technologies for coal-fired boilers. Furthermore, the issues on enhancement of CO2 capture by Ca-based sorbent, especially on the simultaneous absorption of CO2 and SO2 by calcium-based sorbent, are put forward.
