摘要
马钢(集团)桃冲矿业公司根据本单位设备的现状,强化设备管理,使运行设备处于受控状态,检修设备处于计划状态,备用设备处于完好状态。从设备基本维护、使用条件、强化预防维修及计划检修、改进设计上的欠缺、提高职工业务技能、开展设备创新和技术改造等方面提出了实现设备零故障的具体对策与措施,实现了设备零故障的管理目标,为企业挖潜增效奠定了基础。
According to the status of equipment in Taochong Mining Co., Ltd, a countermeasure for implementing equipment zero-fault is put forward. That is to strengthen the equipment management, which guarantees working equipment under the control state, overhauling equipment under the planning state and spare equipment under good condition. From following aspects, such as basic equipment maintenance, use condition, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, improving design shortcomings and workers technical skills, strengthening overhauling and field management, equipment innovation and technical transformation, the specific countermeasures and steps to implement equipment zero-fault management are proposed, which provides the foundation for company potential and synergies.
