摘要
采用铸轧工艺制备钢背粘结铝锡硅轴承合金 AlSn8Si2.5Pb2CuCr,研究了微观组织和抗咬合性、耐磨性及抗疲劳性等机械性能。试验和实践结果表明,新合金比原有的带镀层的三层轴承合金在耐磨性能和减磨性能、疲劳强度和承载能力、塑性和冲击韧性、抗咬合性和嵌镶性等方面性能更好,新合金不含铅,材料也更加环保。
The A1SnSSi2.5Pb2CuCr for cast steel is made using the casting-rolling process. The microstructure, seizure resistance, wear resistance and fatigue resistance are investigated. The results show that this new alloy is better than the original one in respects such as wear resistance, .fatigue strength, bearing capacity plasticity, impact toughness, seizure resistance and imbedding. This new alloy is lead-free and is more environmentally friendly.
