摘要
针对电动汽车动力电池包中单体电池性能差异造成的不良影响,提出了一种简单、高效、高可靠性的奇偶均衡充电电路。该电路中奇偶对称的分流模块不仅实现能量流的双向均衡方案,而且均衡模块按电池奇偶序列的设置,均衡续流时,能量流能自上而下,自下而上的自动分配。从而防止均衡时能量流的单一走向而损害单体,基于DSP控制的均衡实验证明了此方案切实可行。
In view of the differences of individuals' performance in battery pack of electric vehicle (EV),efficiency odd and oven charge equalization circuit is proposed.In this circuit, the symmetry converters are arranged on both sides of series-connected batteries,moreover,different side utilizing different equalization module,which not only realize the bi-direction equalization,but also the arrangement of preset module make the excessive energy current flow from bi-direction.So this can efficiently prohibit individuals from over charging or discharging and decrease the difference between batteries.An experiment base DSP controller is introduced to verify the feasibility of this circuit.
