摘要
设计了一种新型的加气混凝土制浆站控制系统。在控制中采用上位机和下位机共同控制。其中上位机可以实现对生产过程的监控而下位机则主要实现上位机对生产过程的控制。该系统上位机采用工业控制计算机,利用GEFanuc公司的iFIX7.0组态软件设计了一个上位机实时监控系统画面,下位机采用ABB公司生产的AC31PLC产品中的90系列,应用907AC1131开发环境设计控制程序。
This paper introduces the automatic control system for making slurry process in aerated concrete produotion.the system is controlled by the upstream controller and the downstream controller together.The upstream controller can watch and control the process of the production with the help of downstream controller.This paper construct a monitor of upstream controller using Intellution company＇s iFIX7.0.The downstream controllers are selected from ABB series of products and adopted 907AC1131 software.
