高含硫气田试气作业的安全措施与管理——以普光气田为例 被引量:16

摘要 高含硫气田试气作业安全管理中,如何预防井喷失控、着火爆炸、硫化氢泄漏中毒事故的发生非常关键。中原油田普光分公司在普光气田的试气过程中严格试气队伍的资质审查、开工前的检查验收,改进工艺工序与操作方法,优化硬件设备,应用新技术新设备,完善安全预案等,形成了一整套行之有效的安全管理方案。在安全技术措施上,改进了坐完井悬挂器(穿越四通)操作步骤,避免损坏金属密封,造成悬挂器损坏;将录井技术应用于试气作业,实现了科学预警;推广应用了QTI3000型焚烧处理装置,降低了对环境的不良影响;改进了射孔枪的连接方法,减轻了工人的劳动强度,缩短了起射孔枪时间,能在起钻发生井喷失控前及时控制关井。以上安全技术措施保证了普光气田试气作业安全、顺利的进行,为我国同类气田试气作业的安全管理,保障试气作业顺利进行提供了参考和借鉴。 How to prevent well blowout,ignition & explosion,and intoxication accidents by H2S leakage is essential for safety management on gas testing in high sour gas fields.So a package of feasible safety management plan,made by the Puguang Branch of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oilfield Company,includes strict qualification required for gas testing staff,complete examination before operation,working procedure and methods to be improved,equipments to be optimized,new technology and equipments to be applied,pre-arranged planning on safety to be completed,etc.Many technical measures have been taken as follows to ensure the safety management:a.operation steps of installing the cross joints(a hanger in completion well) are improved to guard against damage on metal sealing and the hanger;b.well logging is applied to gas testing so as to achieve early warning in a scientific way;c.the burning processing unit of QTI3000 is widely used to reduce the bad impact on the environment;d.the articulation of perforating gun is improved to alleviate labor intensity and shorten the perforating time so as to shut down the well promptly in case of any accidents.All the above-mentioned technical measures and management guarantee the smooth operation of gas testing in the Puguang gas field,providing reference for the QHSE management especially in high sour gas fields.
