低模数水玻璃砂有机酯硬化剂的制备

摘要 研究了低模数水玻璃砂(模数〈2.0)硬化剂——有机酯的制备工艺及性能,根据多元醇醋酸酯的合成工艺原理,实验研究了反应温度、催化剂用量以及多元醇与冰乙酸的摩尔比等对反应条件的影响,经工艺优化,获得了性能良好的低模数水玻璃有机酯硬化剂——乙二醇醋酸酯。使用乙二醇醋酸酯硬化剂,能够快速硬化水玻璃砂,并使水玻璃砂具有较好的终强度及低的高温残留强度。 Preparation of organic ester for low module values (m〈2.0) of sodium silicate self-hardening sand has been studied. Organic ester is synthesized by polyalcohol and acetic acid, and optimized synthesis process has been developed by study the effect of the temperature, the catalyst's concentration and the molar ratio of acid to polyalcohol. Ethylene glycol acetate has been prepared by the optimized process, which shows good properties for quick hardening speed, high tensile strength and low tensile strength after heating.
