摘要
柴达木盆地涩北气田储层岩性为泥质粉砂岩,成岩性差,质地疏松,生产过程中易出砂,常刺坏节流降压设备;同时,由于排污时高速流体带砂,排污阀门被刺坏的几率也呈直线上升趋势。为此,研发了适合涩北气田使用的节流及排污装置——"高效直角节流器"和"节流、抗冲蚀高压排污阀",并详细介绍了新设备的原理、结构,并对其性能及经济性进行了分析。生产使用情况表明:"高效直角节流器"和"节流、抗冲蚀高压排污阀"能有效降低工人劳动强度、节约生产成本、保证安全生产。
Gas reservoirs are mostly loose sandstones in the Sebei gas field of Qaidam basin,and sanding is a common phenomenon in production,which is often prone to erode the throttling and depressurization equipments,and while high speed fluids carry with sand in sewage discharge,the number of drain valves being eroded increases rapidly.We developed a highly-efficient right-angled throttle and a drain valve with dual roles of throttling and anti-eroding,introduced in detail their working principles and structures,focusing on the analysis of working performance and economical efficiency respectively.Both tests and field practices have shown that these two self-developed devices can help reduce the labor intensity,save the production cost,and guarantee the safe production.
