涩北气田开发中存在的技术难题及其解决途径 被引量:18

摘要 柴达木盆地涩北多层疏松砂岩气田具有气水关系复杂、易出砂、易出水、储量动用程度不均衡等开发技术难题,国内外可供借鉴的经验较少。从涩北气田的储层地质特征入手,结合产量、出水与出砂动态规律,深入分析了涩北气田所面临的各项开发技术难题,以控水稳气、提高天然气采收率为目的,从气藏精细描述、开发机理、气藏工程等角度,提出了下一步解决这些难题的思路:①对于出水问题,需要重点研究气水层的识别技术、出水机理与水源的综合评价、出水气井的产能评价、边水水体能量评价、防水治水措施以及储层内气水运动的动态监测技术;②对于出砂问题,攻关方向是防砂工艺与产能的协调、主动防砂的生产压差控制;③对于提高储量动用程度,需要进一步完善、设计新资料的获取方案、提高三类储层的解释精度;④对于涩北气田水平井技术运用,需要优化设计、精心施工和综合评价。 The Sebei gas field of Qaidam basin is characterized by loosen sandstone,multi-layer,and complex gas-water contacts,so many technical issues in the exploitation of this gas field including sanding,water producing with gas,and imbalanced recovery in each layer are not easy to be handled even without any similar experience to be learned from other gas fields at home and abroad.Starting with geological features of this gas field,this paper combined with the dynamic law of sanding,watering and the production rate change to conduct deep investigation into each technical issue.In order to enhance gas recovery in a steady way while controlling the water,we put forward some good ideas on solving those technical difficulties from the perspective of fine description on gas reservoirs,development mechanism and gas reservoir engineering,etc.,We analyze in detail three main technical issues and then give out suggestions respectively to tackle the problems as follows:a.The issue of Water Breakthrough:we should re-study on discrimination between gas layer and aquifer,reasons and origins of water breakthrough,and have assessment on the deliverability of gas wells with water production,producing energy of water aquifer,and find out ways of preventing and controlling water production,monitoring of gas/water movement within the formations.b.The issue of Sanding:we should keep balance between sand control and well productivity,and control the drawdown pressure for auto sand control.c.The issue of unbalanced Reserves Producing Level:the reserves producing level and the accuracy of interpreting the reservoir type-Ⅲ should be enhanced,and optimization design,well-planned and proper operation,comprehensive evaluation should be completed in the horizontal gas wells of the Sebei gas field.
