摘要
综述了１０ａ来ＰＥＧ、电击、基因枪和农杆菌介导的方法应用于甘蔗遗传转化研究所取得的进展，并对影响甘蔗遗传转化效率的因素和今后的研究方向进行评述和探讨．
The literature on genetic transformation of sugarcane by means of PEG, electroporation, microprojectile bombardment and Agrobacterium in the recent 10 years. Meanwhile, factors affecting the rate of transformation and prospects were discussed.
