摘要
利用协整理论和脉冲响应模型,对黑龙江省房地产投资与地区国民经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析,结果表明两者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;通过对其建立误差修正模型,得出两者之间长期均衡和短期波动的关系;房地产投资与经济增长互为因果关系。适度的房地产投资规模是保证经济可持续发展的重要因素。
The co-integration theory and unit-pulse response model are used to analyze the relationship between the real estate investment of Heilongjiang province and regional economic growth. The results show that long-term stable equilibrium relationship exists between investment and growth. Error correction model is established to come to the relationship between long-run equilibrium and short-run fluctuations. Real estate investment and economic growth have causal relationship to each other. Modest scale of real estate investment is an important factor to ensure sustainable economic development.
