摘要
利用5个普通玉米自交系和5个高赖氨酸玉米自交系,按Grifing方法4模式配制双列杂交组合,分析了杂交F1代籽粒性状的遗传表现和配合力效应。从平均值看,普通玉米较高赖氨酸玉米在籽粒密度、百粒重和穗粒重性状上普遍为高,而籽粒含水量较低。普通玉米和高赖氨酸玉米杂交F1代籽粒性状介于中间,但明显偏向普通玉米。以硬质粒普通玉米作亲本可以改良高赖氨酸玉米籽粒的缺陷。配合力分析表明,同一亲本在不同性状间一般配合力效应值有很大差异,同一籽粒性状在不同亲本间一般配合力效应值也有很大差异。籽粒密度和籽粒含水量在遗传上主要受基因加性效应影响;穗粒重和百粒重同时受加性和非加性效应作用。
