摘要
玻璃钢锚杆作为煤帮支护的理想材料,由于施工等原因经常受到偏心载荷作用,理论分析表明偏心载荷作用是煤帮锚杆极为不利的受力状态。本文首次采用试验的方法,模拟了玻璃钢锚杆受偏心载荷作用,设计了偏心载荷实验,与正常受力情况进行了对比研究。试验结果表明,玻璃钢锚杆尾部受偏心载荷作用,其最大抗拉拔力及延伸性能都大幅度降低。
FRP bolt is the ideal supporting material used for coal side. Owing to construction, the FRP bolt is often under eccentric load which is harmful for bolt by theory analysis. This paper first applies experiment to simulate FRP bolt under eccentric load, designs eccentric load experiment. Compared with general load, experiment resuits show the most extension-contradict drawing and elongation feature have a great reduce under eccentric load.
