摘要
在Conviron生长箱控制条件下,利用6个来自不同生态区的春小麦品种,研究了4种光温组合下(高温长日、高温短日、低温长日、低温短日)穗分化期持续天数与积温的反应,结果表明:(1)在已完成春化反应的基础上,光照长度是决定穗分化进程的主导因素,不论怎样的温光组合,长日照对缩短各穗分化期起主要作用。(2)温度对光周期反应有强烈的调节作用,主要表现:长日照下,高温加快生育进程;短日照下,高温使短日抑制穗分化效应更为显著,常导致幼穗中途死亡。低温虽然延缓了小麦的生育进程,但却可以减轻短日对穗分化过程的抑制,使分化进程达到较高的阶段。(3)从积温看出,不同光温组合中,通过播种-护颖期所用积温值的顺序为;高温短日>低温短日>高温长日>低温长日。在长日和(或)光周期不敏感品种条件下,积温值随温度变化的差异较小。
In Conviron growth cabinet, six spring wheat cultivars coming from different
ecological regions of China were chosen to study the response of spike differentiation under four
photo-thermal combinations (that is, high temperature+long daylength, high temperature+
short daylength, low temperature+long daylength, low temperature + short daylength respec
tively). The result was as follows. (1) After vernalization requirement was fulfilled, photoperi-
odism was the decisive factor controlling the differentiation process no matter how the photo-
thermal combination changed. (2) Temperature had significant regulation roles as follows: High
temperature stimulated the enhancing effect of long daylength and the inhibiting effect of short
daylength, which may lead to the death of young spike. Under short daylength, low tempera
ture could sustain the differentiation process though development was delayed significantly. (3)
The thermal time required for glume differentiation in different photo-thermal condition was
showed that; high temperature and short daylength>low temperature and short daylength>
high temperature and long daylength>low temperature and long daylength. The thermal time
was less changed with different temperatures under long daylength and/or non-photosensitive
cultivars.
