摘要
采用浸渍法制备了FeO(OH)/C催化剂。用X-射线粉末衍射法对FeO(OH)/C进行了表征,结果表明FeO(OH)在活性炭中高度分散。催化剂中FeO(OH)含量的增加能提高其催化活性,但过多的FeO(OH)无法全部负载,催化剂中FeO(OH)的质量分数以10%为宜。催化剂具有较好重复使用性,重复使用8次活性未明显下降。在5mL乙醇中以0.02g10%FeO(OH)/C为催化剂,1.0mmol芳香族硝基化合物和2.0mmol水合肼于75℃反应一定的时间,芳胺的收率为96.3%~99.5%。
The XRD patterns of FeO(OH)/C catalysts prepared by impregnation showed that the active component FeO(OH) was highly dispersed in active carbon. The activity of the catalyst increased with the increase of FeO(OH) content in active carbon, but excessive FeO(OH) could not be loaded. The suitable content of FeO(OH) was 10% in active carbon. The catalyst had good reusability, and no deactivation was observed after 8 times of recycle. Under the conditions of 1.0 mmol of aromatic nitro compound, 2.0 mmol of hydrazine hydrate, 0.02 g of 10% FeO(OH)/C, 5 mL of ethanol, reacting at 75℃ for a period of time, anilines were prepared with 96.3%-99.5% yields.
