摘要
以具有高抗稻瘟病新基因的云系2号为母本,高产感稻瘟病的滇榆1号作父本进行杂交。从集团个体选拔开始,每年都对供试系统进行高产、品质、抗病、耐冷四特性同步鉴定,作为选拔的科学依据。与此同时,对合系34号的丰产性、适应性、抗病性、耐寒性进行研究,并提出了相应的栽培措施。
Cooperation Line No. 34 was bred by crossing, using Yun Line No. 2 as maternal parent, Dianyu No. 1 as paternalparent. Yun Line No. 2 is a fine line with new gene of strong blast resistance. Dianyu No, 1 is a high-yielding but weakblast resisting variety. In the crossed high generations we synchronously evaluated yield, quality, blast resistance and coldendurance. Evaluating results provide scientific basis for selection. Through eight generation's selection, a high-yielding,super-quality, blast-resistant and cold-tolerant variely Cooperation line NO. 34 was developed. Its blast resistance is particularly outstanding, leaf blast resistance reached 0-0. 5 grade in 1988-1994, panicle blast resistance reached 0. 5- 1.0 gradein 1994. The results indicated that synchronous evaluation is an effective method in the breeding of high yield, super quality,blast resistance and cold endurance,
