摘要
在自制分散蓝染料色浆中加入各种添加剂,以制备分散蓝墨水,探讨了添加剂对墨水胶体性能和喷射打印性能的影响。结果表明,甘油可调节墨水的黏度,其用量对墨水的喷射性能有显著影响;表面活性剂OP-10可降低墨水表面张力,提高其喷射性能;消泡剂MF可提高泡沫破灭速度,改善墨水的喷射性能。其优化的喷墨印花墨水配方为:分散蓝色浆20%,甘油27%,表面活性剂OP-10 1.1%,消泡剂MF 0.25%,去离子水51.65%。
The disperse blue ink was prepared using the self-made disperse blue dispersion and some other additives. The effects, of additives on colloidal properties and printing performance of disperse blue ink were investigated. The results showed that polyols,surfactant OP-10 and defoamer MF could greatly affect the viscosity, surface tension and storage stability of the prepared ink, and improve the printing performance. The optimal formulation of disperse blue ink were obtained with the disperse blue dispersion 20%, polyols 27%, surfactant OP-10 1.1 %, and defoamer MF 0. 25%, distilled water 51.65% .
