摘要 采用不同的有机改性剂对TiO2进行表面改性处理,以提高TiO2粉体在聚氨酯(PU)隔热涂料中的分散性和稳定性。通过试验,筛选出十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为较佳改性剂,其较佳改性工艺为:SDBS10%,pH值5,80℃处理40 min。经FT-IR和TG测试,证实TiO2表面确实吸附了SDBS。改性后,TiO2在PU中的分散稳定性及其涂层织物的隔热性能均有不同程度的提高。 In order to improve dispersibility and stability of titanium of titanium dioxide was carried out using different modifying agents dioxide in thermal insulation paints, the surface modification The results showed that the optimum modifying agent was sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) ,and the optimum modification process was SDBS 10%, pH value .5, modifying at 80℃ for 40 minutes. It was confirmed by FT-IR and TG that SDBS had been absorbed on the surface of titanium dioxide. After modifying, the dispersion stability of titanium dioxide in PU and thermal insulation property of prepared coatings was increased in some degree.
