摘要
中国经济目前正处于转型时期,技术进步既是经济增长的重要源泉,又是经济转型的重要推力。本文运用1978~2006年省区面板数据,基于DEA方法测算我国的技术进步效率,并对我国经济转型中技术进步影响因素及其阶段性特征予以分析,结果凸显出以1996年为分界点的阶段性特征。数理模型实证检验结果显示:我国技术进步的发散趋势较为显著,中国经济亟待从技术模仿向技术创新转型,结论从理论上支持转型时期技术创新支持经济增长战略的制定。文章最后提出了相关政策含义。
Using the panel data of various provinces in 1978-2006, this essay has calculated our nation' s technical progress efficiency on the basis of DEA model, and analyzes the influential factors& periodic characteristics of technical progress, from which, we can see year of 1996 is the division point. All these experimental analyses get the results: the divergence tendency of our nation's technical progress is obvious, the economic structure of China should be transformed from technical imitation to technical innovation; and in theory, the economic growth should be enhanced by technical innovation during the economic transition period. Finally, this essay puts forward some policy suggestions.
