摘要
中国经济目前正处于转型时期,技术进步既是经济增长的重要源泉,又是经济转型的重要推力。本文运用1978～2006年省区面板数据,基于DEA方法测算我国的技术进步效率,并对我国经济转型中技术进步影响因素及其阶段性特征予以分析,结果凸显出以1996年为分界点的阶段性特征。数理模型实证检验结果显示:我国技术进步的发散趋势较为显著,中国经济亟待从技术模仿向技术创新转型,结论从理论上支持转型时期技术创新支持经济增长战略的制定。文章最后提出了相关政策含义。
Using the panel data of various provinces in 1978-2006, this essay has calculated our nation＇ s technical progress efficiency on the basis of DEA model, and analyzes the influential factors＆ periodic characteristics of technical progress, from which, we can see year of 1996 is the division point. All these experimental analyses get the results： the divergence tendency of our nation＇s technical progress is obvious, the economic structure of China should be transformed from technical imitation to technical innovation; and in theory, the economic growth should be enhanced by technical innovation during the economic transition period. Finally, this essay puts forward some policy suggestions.
