摘要
辅导员在高校学生工作中扮演着十分重要的角色。面对日新月异的社会发展形势,如何建设一支层次科学、结构合理、工作稳定的辅导员队伍,已成为各个高校所面临的一项重大课题。本文从高校辅导员的工作现状和主要问题入手,研究分析其中的原因,结合辅导员应具备的素质,提出解决该问题的对策和建议。
Counselorship plays an important role in students＇ education. With rapid development of the Chinese society, how to build up a stable team of counselors with a scientific level and reasonable structure has become a major subject of all researches in colleges and universities. This article starts with the studies of status quo and major problems faced with college counselors, and then it analyzes the causes. Finally it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions in terms of the qualities which counselors should possess.
